Ms. Packard had the opportunity to work as a law clerk at the Kansas Department of Revenue during law school where she conducted extensive research in Kansas tax laws, honing her analytical skills and expanding her expertise. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Packard obtained her undergraduate degree in social work at Nebraska Wesleyan.
